How download data is handled.
This policy covers FetchClip's Pinterest video and image downloader. Contact investorfectory@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.
Pin links and source requests
When you fetch a Pin, the link is sent to FetchClip's server. The server requests the public Pin information and supported media from Pinterest services. This is server-assisted processing, not a local-only browser tool. We do not request your Pinterest password or login session.
Essential browser session
Using the tool sets a Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite session cookie called FETCHCLIPSESSID. It links your browser to temporary server-side records containing a random download identifier, source media URLs, title, media type, expiry and rights-confirmation state. The records make it possible to block unconfirmed downloads and prevent another browser from reusing your link.
A download record is usable for 20 minutes. Expired records are removed when that session is used again; server session cleanup also removes old session files. Expiry prevents access immediately, but does not promise physical erasure of every record at precisely 20 minutes. Choosing No or withdrawing confirmation removes that download record from the active session.
File transfers
The server temporarily buffers media while transferring it and closes the temporary file when the request finishes. FetchClip does not keep a public media library or intentionally retain downloaded media as a permanent catalogue. A copy saved on your device is under your control. Closing this site does not delete your local download.
Rate limits and hosting logs
Rate limiting uses a one-way hash of the network address and short counters stored outside the public web directory. Old rate files are eligible for cleanup after one day; cleanup runs during tool requests, so physical deletion can occur later. The hosting provider may separately record the full network address, user agent, requested URL and timestamps for delivery, security and diagnostics.
Hostinger supplies hosting and content delivery. Its infrastructure may use security-challenge cookies. Historical records and operational backups may also exist from earlier versions of the site. We do not promise one deletion schedule for session files, provider logs, email and backup copies.
Support email
If you email support, the operator receives your email address, message and attachments through Gmail. Send only information needed to explain your request. Do not send credentials or confidential media. Messages may be kept to handle the issue and follow-up; you may request deletion by identifying the relevant conversation.
External links and advertising
Following a link to Pinterest or another service makes a separate request governed by that service's policies. The current site does not load analytics or advertising scripts. If Google advertising is enabled later, disclosures and relevant consent controls must be updated before that collection begins. Your choices
Do not submit a Pin if you do not want it processed. Choose No to decline a download. You can clear site cookies through your browser, which prevents using the existing browser-bound download records. Manage saved files through your device. Contact support about records held by the operator; applicable rights depend on your location and circumstances.
