For a download problem

• The error message and what you were trying to do.
• Your browser and device type.
• A public Pin link you are authorized to share, if needed to reproduce the issue.
• Whether the problem happened while fetching, confirming rights or saving the file.

Never send passwords, login codes or active session URLs. Start with a description rather than a private video or image. FetchClip cannot retrieve a file you already saved on your device.

For corrections and rights concerns

Send the affected FetchClip page URL and explain the issue. For a rights-related report, include the original work and your relationship to it. See the reporting guide for details.

Email is handled through Gmail. A fixed response time is not guaranteed. Read our privacy policy for information about messages and technical records.
